Organization Design & Leadership Development
I graduated Magna Cum Laude with my BS Degree, with a double major in Accounting and Management.
I’ve been through numerous reorganization efforts and have expertise in helping to identify areas of opportunity with organizational efficiency, which ultimately increases costs for any business.
For a large portion of my career, I’ve had the privilege of hearing countless experts teaching about leading. I’m a Dale Carnegie graduate and award winner (Humanitarian award). That training, coupled with the benefit of years of working with very diverse perspectives, I can help you evaluate if there are any places where efficiencies might be gained in your organization. I’m considered an expert leader and developer of people and can offer leadership development for your team no matter how large or small.

Over the last 30 years, I’ve worked for companies such as Walmart Stores, Inc., Del Monte, Nestle USA, Clorox, and State Street in various Finance & Accounting roles. While at these companies, I’ve done everything from Bookkeeping to Accounting, managed Payroll, managed inventories, developed inventory management standards, worked with auditors, and been a Controller for a large manufacturer. I’ve developed world class finance and accounting processes & controls for major corporations. I’ve developed pioneering data analytics and reporting capabilities. I’ve provided Finance expertise and ROI analysis to sales teams selling into Walmart & Sam’s Club. I’ve been an avid developer of people. I’ve developed and implemented successful organizational designs to drive efficiencies.
I’m so grateful for that diversity of experience as it affords me the opportunity to have extremely well rounded perspectives. I have a unique ability to see the big picture while never losing sight of the intricate details.
When my last role ended as a result of a cost savings effort via a corporate reorganization effort, I took some time away to decide what I wanted to do with this next season of my life. I’m extremely grateful for the years of experience I’ve gained and the many many friends I’ve made along the way. Candidly, the easy thing to do would be to get another job where I can have these same impacts in another company.
But, I want my work to mean something to the people I work with. I want it to matter to your business, your employees, and your customers. My desire is to bring the same high level of service and capability to you, the entrepreneur, and the small to mid-sized business owner.
