Organization Design & Leadership Development
For my Bachelors Degree, I double majored in Accounting and Management.
I’ve been through numerous reorganization efforts and have expertise in helping to identify areas of opportunity with organizational efficiency, which ultimately increases costs for any business.
For a large portion of my career, I’ve had the privilege of hearing countless experts teaching about leading. I’m a Dale Carnegie graduate and award winner (Humanitarian award). That, coupled with the benefit of years of diverse perspectives, I can help you evaluate if there are any places where efficiencies can be gained in your organization. In addition, I’m considered an expert leader and can offer leadership development for your team.
