I started this company after spending the last 30 years working in large Fortune 1 and Fortune 500 companies. Truth be told…I was burned out. All the corporate red tape, forced to support agendas I didn’t align with, and just generally, not being able to be my authentic self every day just became too much. I was miserable.

So, when I was given the opportunity in 2024 to leave as part of a financial reorganization, I was excited. And, I was scared because I didn’t know what was next. But, for the first time in a very long time, I felt free to do anything I wanted to do. So, I took some time to reflect and pray. I knew that I wanted my next ‘job’ to be doing something that mattered…and I wanted the work I do to make a difference.

I knew in my heart that I wanted to help the Mom & Pops, the little guys, the small shops, the entrepreneurs out there. I wanted to be able to offer these folks some of the same quality and level of services that the large corporations have at their disposal. I wanted to use what I’ve learned over the years to help them.

So, I started Self Driven Solutions, LLC. This company will do work that matters for the men and women that own, operate, and work so hard in these businesses. We want to enable these companies to grow, and expand without limitations that we can help alleviate.
